Big Jimmy Industries is a heavy industrial company with roots in transport, quarry digging, demolitions, blast (explosive) mining and logistics. As well as the transport of heavy goods BJI has many links with local councils and has recently been involved with joint projects with the North Finchley Mining Company, one of the premier mining companies to work within London and the neighbouring counties. As well as being involved in the heavy industry sector the company continues to go from strength to strength encompassed by their mission statement :

The company is now worth in excess of £15million and employs 120 staff split across the haulage, heavy pit mining and also recently eBay auction facing sectors. Never one to stand still BJI continues to expand and has offices in Japan, London and Egypt.

The company was formed in 1980 by a former blast miner and bagpipe player James McTaggart. His original visionary ideals coupled with hard work and constant expansion has made the company what it is today. A grade A listed heavy industrial company with offices across the globe and a long history and tradition of excellence.

The management team expanded in 1992 with the addition of Reginald Fah-Fah and Corky Botsheikh, who were originally private capital investors in the company, but who now sit on the board of directors. Fah-Fah brought his diminutive management style, as well as many contacts within local government, while Botsheikh provided contacts throughout the Eastern world as well as extensive legal prowess and tight focus on public relations.
